Kestrel 5700X WEZ

The Kestrel 5700X WEZ is the most advanced long range shooting weather meter on the market.

Like previous versions, it accurately measures environmental conditions and provides access to the ballistic calculator developed by the American company Applied Ballistics (a leader in the field of LRS).

But what makes the 5700X WEZ version unique is that it provides access to the “Weapon Employment Zone” and “Custom Drag Factor (CDF)” features, which until now were only available on the app and desktop versions of Applied Ballistics software.

Thanks to these new features, shooters can determine their probability of hitting a target, analyze their sources of uncertainty, and have a cutting-edge tool to aid their decision-making, while having the flexibility to make fine adjustments to their ballistic coefficients for greater accuracy.

Accurate measurement of environmental elements

Wind speed and direction, air temperature, barometric pressure, relative humidity, etc. The Kestrel 5700X WEZ accurately measures and clearly displays all the weather information that long and ultra long range shooters need.

Exclusive to the Kestrel 5700X WEZ: detailed analysis of the probability of impact

The Kestrel 5700X WEZ is equipped with powerful Applied Ballistics Elite Solver software and the advanced Weapon Effective Zone (WEZ) analysis module. It can accurately determine the probability of hitting a specific target at one or more distances and with multiple weapon profiles.

WEZ Module (Weapons Employment/Engagement Zone)

By simulating thousands of scenarios based on data entered by the user and measured by the Kestrel 5700X WEZ, this module developed by Applied Ballistics calculates with a high degree of accuracy the probability of hitting one or more targets at one or more distances, and with multiple weapon profiles.

The WEZ module thus enables shooters to optimize their configuration, identify weaknesses in their shooting process, and make data-driven decisions that lead to unmatched accuracy at extreme distances.

Bluetooth connection (Link)

The Kestrel 5700X WEZ long range shooting weather meter can be connected via Bluetooth to the following devices:

Uncompromising robustness

Compliant with the US military standard MIL-STD-810G, the Kestrel 5700X WEZ offers increased shock resistance. It also complies with the IP67 standard, certifying total dust and water resistance to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.
